I know you’ve heard of Zillow, and have probably played around with their Zestimate feature before to get an idea of what your home is worth. You shouldn’t trust Zillow to give you an accurate estimate, though. They use outdated information to determine the estimate amount, meaning you won’t be seeing a true market value of your home.

How is the San Francisco real estate market doing? Generally speaking, we are in a flat market, which is good news. The market has evened out a bit and although we don’t have a ton of inventory, we aren’t experiencing a shortage, either. However, some homes are still selling for over asking price.

Almost any time you buy a home, you'll have an inspection performed. After the inspection, you'll get a report back detailing any and all potential issues in the home.
